In what format can you save my scans?
We can accommodate just about any format. Our standard formats are JPEG, TIFF, and PDF for images and Word or TXT for OCR output.

What resolution will be used?
You can specify the resolution which you wish. Our standard DPI settings are 200, and 300 DPI.

What is the maximum document size you can scan?
We can scan ALL size of documents up to A0 (e.g. A4, Legal, A3, A2, A1, A0 etc.)

How fast can you get my images back to me?
Most orders under 500 scans are finished within 2 days and sent back out. For higher volumes, we can scan upto 10,000 pages per day.

How will I receive my scanned images?
Our normal procedure is to put them onto a CD-ROM and send them back to you (floppy or zip disks available if you do not have a CD-ROM).
