The following is the partial list of
projects undertaken:
| Legal Ads |
| This project involves typing and tagging of ads
that are to be published in newspaper. The ads
are sent in US daytime and are returned back with
over 99.9% accuracy the next day US morning. The
volume varies from 70 to 150 ads a day |
Image Processing |
|
This involves rotation and categorization of 15,000
- 20,000 photographs on a daily basis. We log
on to clients site and as such all processing
is done online. The turnaround time is 24 hrs. |
Updating Database |
We are doing this type of project for several
companies.
This involves updating of existing database
online. The data has to be collected from company's
web site and updated in client's proprietary
database.
For another client, the updating is done offline.
The client provides two sets of files:
1) Existing data and
2) Updated data files
Both the files are to be compared and existing
database is updated. The updated file is sent
to client who uploads in their database. |
Data Entry from Forms |
| This involves data entry from forms that are scanned and sent via FTP. The data entry is done in software provided by client. |
E-mail Searching |
This project involves finding out the e-mails of contact persons. More often then not, e-mails are not mentioned in the company's web site. We therefore search the Internet and try to find as many e-mails as possible. This requires exceptional skills in mining the net and quickly finds out the e-mail addresses.
We find 10,000 - 15,000 emails a month and data submission is on monthly basis. |
Web-Mining |
This involves searching of relevant data from the Company’s’ web-site and collecting several type of information like Contact Info, Investors, Industry.
The volume involved is approx 200 companies a day. |
Restaurant Menus |

This project involves on-line entry of restaurant menus through the front-end provided by client. The project involves entering of approx 5,000 menus in 3-4 months. |
OCR Projects |
| Many a time when the print quality is good, we do OCR rather then manual typing. Sometimes, we also train the OCR software for high accuracy. The OCR output is proofread and audited for high accuracy. |
Mailing List |
| This is one of the most common project types that we have done for several companies. The client typically provides us with the books with contact address. We prepare a soft copy in a format which can be easily uploaded in a contact management software. |
Indexing |
This project involves indexing thousand of images a day. The data is FTP’s as scanned images.
