The Two-Shot/Multi-Shot Prototype Insert molding process requires to be conducted by experts. The mold is made by using metals like steel and aluminum. We allow the molten form to cool down in order to set into a solid form.

After that we retrieve the plastic material out of the mould. The plastic is then converted into pellets which are put into a large hopper. The pellets are fed into a cylinder and heated till they are converted into molten plastics that can be easily forced into the mould. The plastic stays in the mould and it is clamped under pressure till it is cooled.

We make sure all the cavities of the mould are filled with the melted plastic. Then we start with the cooling process till the plastic becomes solid inside the form. Finally, the mold is opened and the newly formed plastic is ejected from the mould. The best part of this process is that the pressure of injection can be changed to change the hardness of the final product.
