PCB Design
  • PCB (Printed Circuit Board)
  • Single sided, Double sided and Multilayer PCB up to 22 layers.
  • PCB materials “Getek, Polyimide, Arlon 45n, Arlon 85n, fr4” etc.
  • For Multilayer PCB thickness is total of core & Preprag thickness. (For ex: 0.062” +/- 0.005”).
  • In PCB the most important function is drilling, in drilling function 2 types of holes going to drilled, the one is PTH (plating through hole & another is NPTH (non plating through hole).
  • For core voltage we can give separate layer in which only that supply can pass it is called plane otherwise we can give high thickness trace (bus) also.
  • We can take best care of “ Impedance controlled board” like 50 ohm, 75 ohm etc. for proper calculation of impedance we are taking following care:
    • Less turns of trace.
    • By calculation taking proper trace width & trace length.
    • To arrange layers in such a way from we can get proper impedance.
    • Taking proper dielectric constant.
We make high-frequency signal design taking the following precautions:
  • Providing ground shielding.
  • Providing 3w rules.
  • Arrange signal layer between supply & plane.
  • Take all signals in such a layer in which minimum routing of other things done or we can give separate layer also for signal.
We use D-Tools and AutoCAD 14 to 2006
