For Multilayer PCB thickness is total of core & Preprag thickness. (For ex: 0.062” +/- 0.005”).

In PCB the most important function is drilling, in drilling function 2 types of holes going to drilled, the one is PTH (plating through hole & another is NPTH (non plating through hole).

For core voltage we can give separate layer in which only that supply can pass it is called plane otherwise we can give high thickness trace (bus) also.

We can take best care of “ Impedance controlled board” like 50 ohm, 75 ohm etc. for proper calculation of impedance we are taking following care:
